Fewsteps Interiors is an end-to-end home interiors company helping families create the home of their dreams through design, furniture, furnishings, and complete execution. We are looking for a 
Sales Executive
 who can represent our brand, connect with customers, and help them through their interiors journey.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Handling & Site Visits

  2. Call and connect with prospective clients (leads provided by the company).

  3. Schedule and conduct site visits to introduce yourself and the company.

  4. Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering

  5. Build trust with clients by clearly explaining our services.

  6. Collect detailed requirements: family needs, furniture preferences, lifestyle expectations, and project scope.
  7. Collaborate with the interior designer during site visits to take accurate measurements.

  8. Quotation & Sales Closure

  9. Present the initial quotation prepared by the design team.

  10. Handle client queries with confidence and professionalism.
  11. Guide clients towards closing the deal by demonstrating value and addressing concerns.

  12. Business Development & Networking

  13. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  14. Identify new customer opportunities through networking and referrals.
  15. Work closely with supervisors, builders, and other salespeople to generate additional leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
     (preferred in business, marketing, design, or related fields).
  • Experience:
     Minimum 2–3 years in furniture, home interiors, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to 
    manage client relationships
     and close sales.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to different customer needs and site conditions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with designers, supervisors, and external partners.
