Sales Executive for Igatpuri Site:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales, nurturing long-term client relationships, and contributing to business development and marketing strategies. This role is best suited for individuals who are self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about real estate sales.
Product: NA Plots + Luxury Apartments + Residential Building
Experience: 5- 10 years in real estate
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue by identifying and securing sales opportunities through both existing client relationships and new lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Promote and market real estate projects to potential buyers and investors.
- Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive offerings and customer needs.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales support and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Gender: Male candidates only. (Females can also apply who are willing to work on sites)
- Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Languages: Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and general computer applications.
- Other Requirements: Must own a personal vehicle and possess a valid driving license; knowledge of NA Plots will be an add on advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, convincing skills, pleasant decent personality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Location: Igatpuri
Salary: 30k-40k per month
Benefits: 2 lacs accidental policy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
