Job Title: Pipeline Builder

The position of Pipeline Builder is a key role in supporting Business Development and Sales teams by identifying, researching, and engaging potential business leads.

This involves utilizing various tools to research and connect with potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry, generating and maintaining a database of qualified leads, and tracking and managing conversations with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Generate and maintain a comprehensive database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information.
  • Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
  • Track and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to align prospecting strategies with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and research skills.
