Key Bid Manager Role

In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, we're leading the shift to Agentic AI Solutions, redefining how we deliver value to clients. As a key figure in this transformation, you'll drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Bid Management Responsibility:
  • Partner with sales and solutions teams to strategically spearhead bid processes for client requirements (RFP/RFI/RFQ's).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive win strategies, manage pursuit budgets, ensure compliance and accuracy, drive quality, and mitigate risks.
Required Expertise:
  1. Proven expertise in managing large, complex deals for NA & Europe markets.
  2. Develop bid strategy, win themes, and differentiation.
  3. Contribute towards operational excellence by ensuring metrics adherence and leading projects.
  4. Understand pre-sales spaces and levers attached to them.
  5. Ability to influence solution strategies, offer commercial inputs, and understand key commercial and legal terms.
  6. Excellent business acumen in industry verticals - Consumer & HealthCare, Insurance, Banking, Hi-tech, and Manufacturing.
  7. Assess deal winnability based on client requirements, market dynamics, our capability strength, and competitive landscapes.
  8. Drive outcome-oriented competitive strategies and risk management workshops.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent from premier institutes.
  • Experience in bid management/pre-sales, preferably in IT or BPM organizations.
  • Industry exposure in Consumer Goods/Retail/Life Sciences/Health Care/Insurance/Banking/Hi-tech/Manufacturing verticals.
