Job Opportunity: Lead Regional Business Development

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will lead the development of our grain processing business in biofuel ethanol in South Asia, aligning with our company's mission and objectives.
  • This includes identifying regional opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation to drive business expansion.
  • We are seeking a strategic thinker who can create a go-to-market strategy with actionable plans based on industry trends, competitor analysis, market needs, and available resources.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading cross-functional teams, mentoring sales and technical service managers, and fostering a high-performance work culture.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in senior commercial roles with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via established sales channels.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural and remote environments, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Solid people leadership skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and CRM software are necessary for success.
