The Regional Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing regional administrative activities and operations. This leadership position requires a strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment and soft services.
Responsibilities- Complete ownership of regional admin activities/operations and admin team management
- Define scope and KRA's of team members and communicate with immediate management to develop strategic program and project goals
- Direct reporting to zonal admin head on day-to-day activities, incident management, etc.
- Monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans, and progress
- Managing calls and discussions, end-to-end exam day and non-exam day administrative activities management, and team coordination
- Ensuring zero incidents on exam days related to admin services
- Helping in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members
- Defining and deploying control and monitoring mechanisms for the admin team within the region
- Training and development of the admin team within the region
- Ensuring standardization of processes at all exam venues
- Regional vendor management, supporting zonal head in finalizing contracts and vendor invoices
- Publishing regular dashboards on key performance parameters to zonal admin head and senior management
- Central spoc for all facility-related matters at the regional level
- Ensuring SLA/SLC at exam venues
- Governance over Vidz/Lisp partners, regular meetings, and closure of audit points
- Contract management
- Helping/supporting shortlisting prospective partners/venues identified by city heads based on defined parameters within the region
- Maintaining and monitoring legal compliances for all venues
- Preparing and deploying contingency/BCP
- Conducting surprise checks at exam venues
- Handling crisis situations
- Coordinating and managing with manpower agencies
- Conducting audits of exam venues
- Good communication skills (written/verbal)
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment
- Experience in soft services facility management
- Experience in facility operations and management
- Must have managed a team
- Experience in conflict management
- Willingness to work under extreme pressure
- Williness to travel
- Good liaisoning with police and other local government departments
- Awareness of laws related to facility compliance and operations
- Vendor management skills
- Open to taking complete ownership, responsibility, and accountability of assigned work
- Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Desirable: Professional certifications, additional language knowledge, strong analytical and logical understanding
