Finance Operations Director

">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Operations Director to oversee business operations, data management, CMS coordination, and cross-team collaboration while providing financial reporting and accounting support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Business Operations: Oversee CMS, data management, and team coordination.
  2. Prepare Daily Reports: Share revenue and business performance reports with the team.
  3. Accounting Tasks: Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting data.
  4. Financial Statements: Assist in preparing and reconciling ledgers and reports.
  5. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Support payment follow-ups with internal teams.
  6. Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of finance and operations activities.
  7. Data Analysis: Work with data to track, validate, and improve accuracy in reports and processes.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  2. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in operations and/or finance.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, exposure to CMS/ERP tools preferred.
  4. Data Skills: Strong data accuracy, reporting, and analytical skills.
  5. Communication: Good communication and organizational abilities.
