Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Manage Performance Review Cycles: Develop and implement performance review cycles, key performance indicators (KPIs), and feedback mechanisms.
  • Rewards and Recognition Programs: Design and execute impactful rewards and recognition programs to motivate employees.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with leadership on performance-linked growth and engagement initiatives.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-12 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on performance management and R&R.
  • Familiarity with Employment Laws: Familiarity with Indian employment laws and HR compliance regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (ADP) and ATS (JobDiva is preferred).
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
