Objective:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and management of human capital management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end deployment, updating, customization, and integration of HR modules globally
  • Drive digital adoption firm-wide by managing a team of professionals and collaborating with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners
  • Lead project management efforts for HR implementations, ensuring successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of HR modules
  • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users
  • Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
  • 12-15+ years of experience with implementing HR Systems/Supporting HRMS platforms
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end HR implementations (across multiple modules)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function
