Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a strategic HR professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth through talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Talent Acquisition & Retention:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs aligned with company goals.
  • Improve onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

Culture & Employee Experience:

  • Champion the company's mission, values, and vision in daily HR practices.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate team-building activities that reinforce a strong company culture.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations with discretion and fairness.

Performance & Development:

  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes (reviews, feedback, development plans).
  • Help design and roll out learning and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Identify leadership development opportunities to support internal promotion and succession planning.

Strategic HR Initiatives:

  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to change management and organizational design as the company evolves.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
  • 5–8 years HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Indian compliance and ability to work with international teams.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
