Job Title: Human Capital Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization in the role of Human Capital Consultant.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in Workday HCM, HR Processes, and System Configuration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday modules and features, as well as excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can configure and maintain the Workday HCM system, collaborate with HR and IT teams, and implement new Workday modules and features.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance with HR policies and standards, and providing end-user support and training.

You will also develop and maintain system documentation, perform regular system audits and updates, and stay up-to-date with the latest Workday releases and updates.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Workday HCM, with a strong background in HR Processes and System Configuration.
