- Effectively manage production operations and personnel for the inorganic chemical plant
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term production strategies for inorganic chemical manufacturing.
- Ensure smooth and efficient plant operations, overseeing daily production, managing schedules, and adjusting plans to meet deadlines and market requirements.
- Monitor and control critical parameters at all production stages to ensure product quality and compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Plan and monitor entire production processes and ensure that all standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment and machinery
- Monitor controlling costs and ensuring production keeps up with the demand
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual production reports
- Prioritize safety and environmental obligations in all production activities.
- Maintain discipline in the plant to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Effectively manage material, equipment, and human resources to optimize production efficiency.
