Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the deployment/updating/customization and integration of Oracle HCM all modules globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all the Oracle HCM modules
  • Work with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues
  • Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices
  • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides
  • Plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system

Requirements:
Minimum 12 years experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms, proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules)

Key Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems
  • High proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment
