We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Professional to join our team in Bangalore, India. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for IT-related issues and queries from staff, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, chat, and self-service tickets.
- Troubleshooting IT-related problems, from software and applications to hardware, desktops, laptops, printers, and iPhones.
- Resolving basic issues with operating systems, networks, email, and shared resources like network shares, printers, and more.
- Installing applications and resetting passwords for enterprise applications.
- Logging customer contacts in the CRM tool and taking ownership of incidents.
- Escalating unresolved calls to various application and infrastructure support teams.
- Participating in enterprise application release and maintenance activities.
- Monitoring and meeting ticket SLA targets.
- Developing strong client-facing engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience. ITIL v3 Foundation certification is also highly desirable.
