Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk professional to join our team at 2coms in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and excellent communication skills.

ROLE : SERVICE DESK (Voice Support)
LOCATION : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer service or service desk functions, acting as a point of contact for service users and customers.
  • Deliver customer service through multiple channels, including human, digital, self-service, and automated.
  • Provide technical support for laptop/desktop troubleshooting and VPN installation.
  • Work effectively in a 24/7 environment.


Requirements
  • Graduate with 15 years of formal education.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Service Desk.
  • Minimum 2 years of Service Desk Technical Support experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook 365, Bit Locker & Active Directory.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
