International Customer Service Specialist

As a key member of Bangalore Job Hub’s international support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences for our global clients. This role requires a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills in English, who can effectively handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of customer calls and emails with professionalism and patience
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow established processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (UG/Grads) preferred
• Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice process or customer support
• Strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
