The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As an International Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
The Role
- Work alongside best-in-class talent to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalate customer feedback as required.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in the Insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
- Adaptable and thrives in changing environments.
- A strong networker and relationship builder.
