Service Desk Support Specialist

MACOM Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Administrator to provide exceptional IT support to our international offices. As a key member of our Global IT team, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of IT services, including troubleshooting, remote support, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues through remote diagnostic techniques and effective communication
- Provide timely and professional support to international leaders and their teams
- Record and escalate issues to Tier 3 as needed
- Develop and document process improvements to enhance IT service delivery
Requirements:
- 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a help desk environment
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with help desk management systems and IT service management tools
- Technical knowledge across a broad range of technologies and IT systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSc/BA/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- Experience with printer management, iPhone and Android OS configuration, and Macintosh support
- Understanding of engineering applications, business applications, and Microsoft Intune
