Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and patient Technical Support Representative to join our team at GLYMPSE Human Capital Services. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with technical issues and answering their questions about our software.
- Initial Software Installation
Provide step-by-step instructions to customers on how to install our software on their machines and start using it for the first time.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving
Help customers troubleshoot technical issues they encounter while using the software and offer actionable tips to resolve the problems.
- Document Provision
Send technical documentation to customers who have lost or misplaced their original copies.
- Escalation and Remote Support
Refer complex cases to senior analysts or support technicians and assume remote control over customers' computers when necessary to resolve issues.
- Hardware Recommendations
Make hardware recommendations to customers whose machines cannot support our software.
