Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager with a strong background in human resources to lead and direct all aspects of the HR function.

This is a strategic role where you will drive HR initiatives directly without supervision.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies: processes, best practices aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee employee relations: address grievances, foster a healthy work environment.
  • Lead performance management systems: appraisals, goal-setting, feedback processes.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs: team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance: labor laws, statutory requirements, HR audits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records: HR reports.
  • Work closely with management: identify talent needs, drive retention strategies.
  • Support learning and development initiatives: enhance employee skills.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience: as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries.
  • Strong knowledge: HR operations, labor laws, compliance.
  • Proven experience: talent acquisition, employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal: communication skills.
  • Ability: manage multiple tasks, stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving: negotiation, people management skills.
