Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to oversee human resources operations across multiple locations. This role requires expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Guide management and teams on HR best practices.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.

The ideal candidate will lead regional hiring efforts to attract top talent, oversee onboarding programs, and build career development frameworks. They will foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and conduct regular engagement surveys.

The successful Regional HR Manager will ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards in all regions, oversee payroll and benefits administration, and maintain accurate HR documentation.

Key qualifications include proven experience in HR management, strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential.
