As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth in the microscopy sector. This role involves leveraging your technical expertise and strategic sales approach to identify and qualify leads, fostering opportunities with both new and existing customers in the field of microscopy including image analysis software and high-end cameras & lenses.
- Building a strong pipeline of prospective customers by nurturing leads and successfully converting them into sales.
- Achieving overall sales and product range-wise targets within an assigned territory.
- Managing customer interactions and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical and product knowledge of microscopes or similar medical equipment.
- Hands-on experience in using G Suits, MS Office, and CRM.
- Willings to travel across the region.
- Positive attitude with good team player skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Lifesciences, or a similar domain with 2-5 years of experience.
Prior experience in selling Microscopy products is highly preferred.
