Our scalable and sustainable model combines Regenerative Organic Agriculture with companion cropping, crop sequencing, soil life enhancement, and photosynthesis optimization to produce nutrient-dense, bioavailable crops that support both human health and environmental sustainability.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Non-Perishables Production efforts, working closely with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and smallholder farmer groups across India to build a future-ready, nutrition-secure food system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure non-perishable commodities from FPOs and farmer groups across the country.
  • Build strategic partnerships with FPOs and cooperatives for consistent, high-quality supply.
  • Plan production targets aligned with sales forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, variety, and market standards.
  • Develop scalable sourcing frameworks that can be replicated across regions.
  • Oversee post-procurement supply chain processes including drying, cleaning, grading, storage, and logistics.
  • Represent the company at stakeholder forums and collaborate with trade partners, policy bodies, and agri-institutions.
  • Build and lead a high-performance sourcing and operations team as the business scales.
Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in agri-sourcing, production, or procurement roles.
  • Proven experience working with FPOs, farmer groups, or direct contract farming initiatives.
  • Background in a large FMCG or agri-business company managing sourcing projects at scale.
  • Deep knowledge of Indian agri-markets, crop varieties, and quality grading systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to build systems and teams from the ground up.
  • Strong operational understanding of post-harvest and supply chain management.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across rural India.
