Role Summary
As a Store Executive, you'll be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining optimal stock levels across Food Whisperer's kitchen facilities. You'll play a key role in supporting smooth culinary operations by coordinating with vendors, kitchen staff, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and consumables
- Conduct regular audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with approved vendors for timely delivery of goods
- Ensure quality checks and documentation during receiving
Storage & Organization
- Maintain hygienic and organized storage areas
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and other inventory best practices
Reporting & Documentation
- Update stock registers and digital inventory systems
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to food safety and storage protocols (FSSAI, HACCP)
- Support sustainability initiatives like waste segregation and recycling
Qualifications
- Graduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in store or inventory roles, preferably in F&B or hospitality
- Familiarity with inventory software (e.g., Zoho, SAP, Tally)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
