Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Formulation Specialist to develop and improve food and nutrition-based products in the nutraceutical/food industry.

  • The role involves formulating, testing, and improving food and nutrition-based products while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in food product development (preferably nutraceuticals, functional foods, food supplements, or pharmaceuticals).
  • Hands-on expertise in formulation, product improvement, and shelf-life studies.
  • Experience in production scale-up, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to quality assurance, food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
  • Knowledge of sensory evaluation, raw material functionality, and ingredient interactions.
