Electrolyte Specialist

Develop cutting-edge battery technologies at a state-of-the-art R&D Innovation Hub.

The successful candidate will drive research and development focused on advanced materials and formulations for lithium-ion batteries.

1. Design and conduct experiments to formulate electrolytes that improve performance for lithium-ion battery applications.
2. Generate new electrolyte formulations, screen, and benchmark them for lithium-ion batteries as per cell design.
3. Characterize composition and analyze electrolyte compositions for electrolytes.
4. Support R&D initiatives to create prototypes for next-gen cells, integrating advanced materials and innovative designs into lab-scale trials.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with wet chemistry and synthesis, characterization, and testing of commercial lithium-ion battery materials.

Lithium-ion battery materials knowledge and understanding of electrolyte formulation chemistry are essential for this role.
