Quality Control Specialist

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with excellent communication skills.

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Agri-food science and at least one year of experience in QC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify daily quality reports from suppliers and inspect products as needed.
  • Consolidate all QC, training, rejection, and complaint reports, summarizing and communicating them to stakeholders.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
  • Verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions and visit supplier locations for audits and training.
  • Monitor supplier performances, provide recommendations for improvements, and follow up on audit non-conformities.
Requirements:
  • Graduation or Post-Graduation in Agri-food science.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in QC.
