Job Title:

Quality Assurance Manager

This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring the highest quality of products from raw materials to finished goods.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a proven track record of implementing effective quality systems and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing quality control systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Overseeing regular audits, inspections, and testing processes across all production stages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control methods, and industry certifications.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
