About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and handing them over to the sales team for closure.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, marketing, or lead generation, and up-to-date knowledge of current lead generation strategies within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads and hand them over to the sales team for closure.
- Conduct market research to identify target segments and devise effective lead generation strategies.
- Discover and cultivate new lead sources to enhance sales and lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, and customer referral programs to support lead generation.
- Analyze the efficiency of existing lead generation channels and implement improvements.
- Support sales strategy development and work closely with sales and management teams to consistently meet sales targets.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Expertise in leveraging social media and online platforms for lead generation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
- Experience managing sales resources such as websites, blogs, presentations, infographics, and sales videos.
