Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to lead our sales strategy and drive growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, conducting market research, and identifying new revenue streams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target segments and devise data-driven lead generation plans.
  • Pursue and cultivate new business opportunities to enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, and customer referral programs to support lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Analyze the efficiency of existing sales channels and implement improvements to optimize results.
  • Work closely with sales and management teams to develop and implement sales strategies that consistently meet business targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development within the IT/software industry, supported by measurable results.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current sales strategies and market trends within the industry.
  • Focused on delivering quality results over quantity.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
  • Relevant experience in IT sales or a similar role, preferably with experience in the US and European markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexible work hours and responsibilities; willingness to take on reasonable tasks to drive sales and business growth.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Expertise in leveraging social media and online platforms for lead generation and sales.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and their application in sales and business development.
  • Experience managing sales resources such as websites, blogs, presentations, infographics, and sales videos.
