Email Marketing Specialist Position

As a key member of our campaign management support department, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns. This includes managing existing campaigns, setting up new ones, selecting data, rolling out campaigns (without creatives), and tabulating results.

You will also be managing campaigns and customer targeting on platforms such as Oracle Responsys, Oracle Unity, and Oracle Infinity IQ.

  • Campaign Execution:
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Manage existing campaigns and set up new ones, including data selection and campaign rollout.
  • Tabulate campaign results and provide actionable insights.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Unity CDP for at least 2 customers.
  • Experience in developing business intelligence reports using Oracle Infinity IQ and familiarity with dashboard reporting and insights.
  • Hands-on experience in hyper-personalization and A/B testing campaigns using Oracle Infinity IQ.
  • Advanced PL/SQL skills, including performance tuning and complex query writing.
  • High proficiency in Excel, specifically with Pivot Tables and data analysis.
