About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for helping set up and run successful marketing campaigns.

- Updates & Reports: Provide regular updates and reports to managers and teams on campaign progress and results.
- Ad Improvement: Analyze ads and suggest improvements to enhance performance.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience interests to inform campaign strategies.
- Calendar Management: Maintain a campaign calendar to track key dates and deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may impact campaign success.
- Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to brand and legal guidelines.
- Feedback Use: Leverage feedback to improve future campaign outcomes.
