Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

Job Description:

The Assistant Operations Manager will support the department in managing daily workloads and achieving service targets. This involves coordinating team efforts to hit key performance indicators, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing department resources effectively to ensure efficient use of time and talent, providing support to the manager with recruitment, operations, and other responsibilities.
  • Providing continuous feedback to team members, promoting professional growth, and ensuring high levels of technical expertise across front-line and back-office tasks.
  • Monitoring and recording performance results, demonstrating proactive coaching skills and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Sharing information and expertise across departments as needed, supporting teams and driving collaboration.
  • Identifying training needs among team members, providing necessary feedback, and addressing those needs proactively.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant FCA regulations, company products, procedures, services, systems, and frameworks.
  • Supporting and adapting to changes within the department, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring effective implementation of new initiatives.
