Senior Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Branch Operations & Service Delivery: Effectively manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain rigorous standards of customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Team Leadership & Sales Management: Supervise and guide a team of staff members to achieve sales targets and performance goals. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Growth & Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience & Knowledge: Professional experience in a similar role within the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of mutual funds products and services. Proven experience in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
