Operations Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring process excellence, productivity, and patient satisfaction.

  • This role is integral to driving efficiency, maximizing throughput, and enhancing overall profitability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient inflow and service delivery.
  2. Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to support seamless hospital operations.
  3. Lead cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
  4. Monitor and control receivables, reduce errors, and minimize disallowances.
  5. Drive customer service excellence and patient-centric initiatives to ensure high patient satisfaction.
  6. Ensure strict adherence to external and internal compliance guidelines.
  7. Build and develop effective teams through mentoring and structured training.
  8. Handle escalations from patients, corporate clients, or VIPs and ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements:

  • BDS / BBA / B.Com + MBA in Hospital Administration or Master's in Hospital Administration
  • 8+ years in hospital operations or healthcare management
  • Operational strategy, cost control, resource management, leadership, people management, conflict resolution, analytical skills, patient-first attitude, and stakeholder management.
