Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to support and assist Client Operations teams by monitoring and processing various events to our records accurately and timely.

This role is crucial as it involves end-to-end processing of events across multiple functions. You will be responsible for contributing towards the development of processes, people, and improving standards for the team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's overall business goals.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources effectively to achieve operational objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective actions as needed.
Requirements

You will have deep knowledge of income and corporate actions, including understanding the end-to-end income cycle, fund accounting, and relevant regulations.

Additionally, you will possess the following skills:

  • Result-oriented with ownership and accountability mindset
  • Commercial acumen - Understanding of costs and leading/driving the same
  • Taking accountability of end-to-end outcomes as an enterprise, collaborating across functions/business and locations
  • Executive presence, managing with influence and effective communication across stakeholder groups
Education and Qualifications

Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Economics with a specialization in Business, Accounting, Finance, or another financial-related program. Inter C.A./Inter ICWAI or CFA (pursuing) will be preferred.

Have 10-16 years of experience in accounting, finance, mutual fund operations, loan servicing, or related careers (preferred).
