Facilities Operations Lead

A dynamic individual is required to oversee and manage facilities services. This role involves implementing a preventive maintenance programme to minimise costs and risks, ensuring technology platforms are working effectively, and maintaining operational SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee facilities services, including soft and hard services.
  • Implement a preventive maintenance programme to minimise maintenance, repair, and replacement costs.
  • Evaluate service response time and analyse occupants' service request trends and suggestions.

Human Experience Expertise:

  • Deliver the human experience roadmap across the campus, ensuring the delivery of all operational requirements to uplift workplace experience.
  • Develop programmes that drive employee engagement, sense of belonging, excitement, and fun at work.

Client Engagement Strategy:

  • Create a fun and impactful client engagement strategy.
  • Engage with guests, employees, and key stakeholders.

Communication Leadership:

  • Lead the development and implementation of internal communication strategies.
  • Liaise with JLL team and clients on soft service delivery.

Team Management:

  • Act as manager and coach for the team, ensuring high staff morale, trust, and work ethics.
  • Drive the site teams to meet key performance indicators.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate monthly performance reports to meet SLA standards.
  • Analyse monthly financial reports.
