  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution
  • Collaboration with teams across the organization to align and integrate operational processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Exchange On premise & (Exchange Online), M365 Services and Citrix
  • Working knowledge on Exchange or O365, Azure AD, Intune, MS Skype or Teams, Citrix / VDI
  • Proficiency with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory, including Group Policy
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), VPNs, and firewalls
  • PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration tasks
  • Experience with MFA, SSO, and identity management solutions
  • Very good understanding of IT infrastructure and systems integration in an enterprise environment
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Experience in providing end-user & system support
  • Experience working in 24/7 Operations support on Above technologies
