About Our Organization

Paytm is a leading digital payments and financial services company in India, focused on providing a variety of payment use cases to consumers and merchants.

We offer our consumers services like utility payments and money transfers, empowering them to pay via Paytm Payment Instruments (PPI) such as Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, Paytm Payments Bank Netbanking, Paytm FASTag, and Paytm Postpaid - Buy Now, Pay Later.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage bank tie-ups for EDC/POS deployments.
  • Lead and motivate a team of BDMs to achieve sales targets and enrollments.
  • Drive lead generation and market penetration strategies.
  • Oversee branch activations and meet Capex revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry players.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in Sales or Bank Relationship Management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities.
  • Experience in EDC/POS or financial products preferred.
Estimated Salary

Rupee 25 lakhs per annum.
