The role of a Strategic Business Development Manager - Glass Solutions is critical in driving the growth and expansion of our glass business in India.

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead this effort, focusing on developing and executing strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to expand existing client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technical experts, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the building materials industry, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
