Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of dealer service/parts operations, territory and dealer management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • A degree in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical) or equivalent.

 

Estimated Salary:** ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum
