We are seeking a skilled Vendor Partnership Specialist/Manager to join our team. As a key player in our B2B sales strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential vendors via various platforms.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch Our Value Proposition: Clearly communicate the benefits of our products or services to decision-makers, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring seamless integration with our internal teams.
- Discovery Calls: Conduct thorough assessments of vendor readiness and commercial viability, informing strategic sourcing decisions.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with pricing, logistics, and product teams to deliver value-added solutions.
- Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators via Excel/Google Sheets/CRM, contributing to data-driven vendor sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-6 Years of Experience: Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, Vendor Management, or Inside Sales.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent English communication and persuasive abilities, comfortable with numerical concepts like margins, ROI, and pricing logic.
- Target-Driven: Ambitious and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle objections and close deals independently.
- Night Shift Comfortable: Ability to work comfortably in a night shift (US time zone) environment.
