Strategic School Engagement Professional

We are seeking a skilled Program Management Associate to join our team and contribute to India's fastest-growing EdTech. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing strategic school engagement programs in collaboration with our partner schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute strategic events & activities in schools onboarded with us.
- Student Engagement Activities: Design and manage student engagement activities in collaboration with schools.
- Coordination & Operations: Coordinate with internal teams (academic, operations, marketing) and external stakeholders (school authorities, vendors).
- Smooth Event Operations: Ensure smooth event operations and execution on the ground.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for school programs.
- Program Impact Monitoring: Monitor program impact and provide feedback for improvements.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Presentation Design: Strong PPT and presentation design skills.
- Event Planning & Operations Management: Hands-on experience in event planning and operations management.
- Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset is required.
- Candidates with Program Management Experience: Freshers with strong skills or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in program management, events, or operations.
- Candidates with Passion for Education: Individuals who enjoy working with schools, planning student-centric activities, and managing events.
