Job Description:

The HR Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering engagement, creating transparent communication channels, and driving initiatives aligned with organizational goals. This position involves managing employee experience throughout their lifecycle, conducting structured connects, leveraging HR analytics, and using data to inform objective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement:
    • Conduct regular one-on-ones with employees to gather feedback and enhance the onboarding experience.
    • Design and implement engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
    • Develop an annual engagement calendar that aligns with organizational goals.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and challenges within the workforce.
    • Generate reports on engagement metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
    • Recommend data-driven strategies for HR initiatives.
  • Surveys and Insights:
    • Design and administer employee surveys to gauge engagement levels.
    • Analyze survey data to derive actionable insights.
    • Implement changes based on survey outcomes to improve employee experience.
  • Transparent Communication:
    • Foster clear and transparent communication across all levels.
    • Drive effective use of Slack as a platform for engagement and updates.
    • Share regular updates and information to build trust with employees.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
    • Oversee touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to align initiatives with talent management strategy.
    • Provide data-backed insights to support employee performance and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with managers and leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
    • Build relationships across teams to promote consistent engagement practices.
  • Process Improvement and Initiatives:
    • Identify and propose improvements in engagement processes.
    • Lead initiatives to address challenges and promote continuous improvement.
    • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to create engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in designing and managing surveys.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employee engagement strategies.
