Human Resources CoordinatorThe role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function.
Responsibilities:- Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels and screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, as well as assist in onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials.
- Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and the HRIS system, as well as assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events, and provide general administrative support to the HR Manager.
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
