We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to oversee our human resources department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions and administrative operations.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including new hire orientation, benefits enrollment, and equipment setup.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and performance evaluations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their queries and concerns related to HR policies and benefits.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, fostering a positive work environment and promoting team collaboration.
- Oversee leave and attendance management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the smooth operation of our office environment, including maintenance, facilities, and supplies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and external partners, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Support IT and support services, coordinating employee equipment and systems.
- Arrange travel arrangements and logistics for staff when required.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
