About The Role:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven School Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in driving school enrolment and brand awareness through the development and execution of field marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing plans to increase school enrolment and brand visibility.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns that meet our objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and educational institutions to foster partnerships and drive growth.
  • Organize and participate in community events, fairs, and exhibitions to promote the school and engage with potential students and parents.
  • Conduct presentations and school tours for prospective students and parents, showcasing the school's unique offerings and values.
  • Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items in strategic locations to maximize visibility.
  • Manage the school's online presence across social media platforms and online forums, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information.
  • Coordinate with vendors for advertising and promotional materials, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrolment process, providing support and guidance to candidates throughout their journey.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding, promoting a unified school identity.
  • Liaise with external agencies for marketing and advertising needs, leveraging their expertise to drive results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Superior English speaking skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Experience: at least 4 years in School Marketing or Education Industry.
  • Role requires 80% travel to various locations to engage with potential students and parents, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
