We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technical Specialist to join our team at IBCScorp.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our end-users, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

As a Help Desk Technical Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high level of service quality that we strive for, while also contributing to the growth and development of our IT infrastructure.

About this Role:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Log and track incidents, service requests, and queries using our Service Desk tool.
  • Assign incidents to appropriate technical groups and categorize them according to severity or priority.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service quality.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft and Google products, including OS, Office, emails, and end-user desktop/laptop software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with users at all levels.
