Client Growth Specialist

A key role in our organization involves the strategic development of relationships with existing clients. This includes identifying opportunities to expand product offerings and provide tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Strong knowledge of the equity market and its dynamics is essential for success in this position. A deep understanding of client risk profiles, lifestyle requirements, and market trends will enable you to develop effective growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-selling products such as Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS, etc., to existing clients to deepen relationships and increase revenue streams.
  • Activation of trading accounts for new clients and providing education on market fundamentals to assist them in making informed investment decisions.
  • Business development through acquisition of high-net-worth clients to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identifying client needs and assessing their risk appetite to deliver personalized solutions.
  • Achieving targets based on acquisition and revenue generation through equity markets.
  • Providing regular updates to superiors as needed to ensure seamless communication.
  • Analyzing client portfolios and suggesting necessary adjustments, including comprehensive financial planning and asset allocation.
Requirements:
  • Candidates from banking, insurance, broking, or financial institutions with sales experience are eligible.
  • Experience: 1-3 years.
  • Education: B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Sc.
