Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to spearhead student admissions for undergraduate programs in the Kanpur Dehat region.

  1. Drive lead generation through online and offline channels for student admissions.
  2. Conduct seminars, workshops, school visits, and counseling sessions to promote our programs.
  3. Manage and guide a small team of telecallers or field executives.
  4. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure conversion of leads.
  5. BUILD partnerships with local schools, coaching centers, and influencers.
  6. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel.
  7. Track performance metrics and prepare reports regularly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation or admission counseling for educational institutions.
  • Strong network and working knowledge of the Kanpur Dehat region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving lead generation/admission targets.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Education background preferred).

Preferred:

  • Experience with digital marketing tools, campaigns, and local student engagement.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English.
